How to book a transfer?

You can order the transfer by filling out a form on our website, or by calling +33 481 68 03 85. To order online, you need to fill in the following information: the airport of arrival and destination, flight number, date and time of the meeting, appropriate tariff (comfort or prestige) and you need to specify all the contact information.

The transfer fee and payment terms

The cost of each route based on the number of kilometers to your destination, as well as on the chosen type of car. It is absolutely safe and you can be assured of security of your personal data and credit card.

What is the minimum time to book a transfer?

Online bookings are accepted, at least, 48 hours before the transfer. If less than 48 hours are left, please, contact our support team on +33 481 68 03 85, we will try to find a solution for you.

I can't find my route. What can I do?

If your departure / destination is not listed on the site, or you are unsure of the spelling of the address, you can always contact us by phone, e-Mail or use the online chat service.

How do I get confirmation that the order is accepted?

As soon as you make the booking, you will receive confirmation on your email. It's a voucher where you can see booking number and transfer details. The voucher must be printed and given to the driver at the time of the meeting. If for some reason you have lost or deleted the e-mail confirmation, please contact us, and we will send it again.

How to change / cancel order a transfer?

The order changes are made free of charge, but no later than 48h before the trip. To do this, you need to contact our operator by phone, e-mail or use the contact form on the website.

Meeting with driver

How and what time i could find my driver?

As soon as you make the booking, you will receive a voucher on your email about where and at what time you will meet your driver. At the most airports, the driver will meet you at the arrival hall, just after all customs formalities. However, it can also be a private reception or bus parking (mostly for group transfer). If suddenly you have not found your driver, call our office at the telephone number listed on your voucher. Calls are accepted on a daily basis 24 hours a day.

If the flight is delayed, will the driver wait for me?

The driver will always wait for you. Moreover, you will not have to pay the extra latency driver.

What if I can't find my driver?

What if I am traveling with children? Is it necessary to book child seats?

Yes, child seats must be booked in advance, at the time of booking. Baby seats are available free of charge.

What are the rules and restrictions for the transfer of baggage?

Each passenger is entitled to the transportation of the suitcase and a small hand luggage (handbag, laptop) and a sports equipment (skis, snowboard). On the extra baggage you need to inform us in advance.
